Step 1. How To Sign Up To Clickbank.

Clickbank is the 3rd party company that handles the processing of our credit card transactions as well as the affiliate program tracking. (All commission checks are mailed out directly from clickbank). In order to promote the Low Gi Diet ebook, you must first become a Clickbank affiliate

If you're not yet signed up at clickbank, then setting up your clickbank account is the very first step. Simply click on the link at the bottom of this page that says, "Clickbank Sign up" and a new window will open up that takes you to the clickbank.com signup form.

On the clickbank sign up page, you can fill in your personal details and pick your own special clickbank account name (also called a clickbank "nickname").

After you've set up your clickbank account, then you're ready to start promoting the ebook through your special affiliate hoplinks. When someone purchases after coming through your link, you receive 75% commission on each sale.

Step 2. Creating Your Hoplinks

Once you have signed up at clickbank for an affiliate account , then you are ready to start promoting and marketing the ebook.

Marketing the "Golf Psychology Secrets" is simple. All you do is put special links on your webpages or in your newsletters to send traffic to my website. These links are called "CLICKBANK HOPLINKS" and they are important because this is how Clickbank keeps track of the traffic you send to startadaycareguide.com and gives you credit for the e-book sales you generate.

So the very first step after you have signed up for your clickbank account is to understand how to make a hoplink. Keep in mind, if you make your link incorrectly, that is kind of like putting an ad in the yellow pages and using the wrong phone number! (YOU are responsible to make sure your hoplinks are coded correctly!!!! )

Here is how to correctly make your hoplink:

The current standard clickbank hoplink format is:

http://xxxxxxx.vendor.hop.clickbank.net

undergolf is the vendor (product) name, so that looks like this:

http://xxxxxxx.undergolf.hop.clickbank.net

So now, all you have to do is insert YOUR clickbank affiliate nickname in the place where the x's are located

For example, if your affiliate nickname is joebloggs (hint: it's NOT - use YOUR nickname, this is just an example!!!!!), then the hoplink would look like this:

http://joebloggs.undergolf.hop.clickbank.net

That's all there is to it. When someone clicks through YOUR hoplink, they are redirected to www.GolfPsychologySecrets.com and a "cookie" (a small tracking file) is dropped onto the computer of the visitor. This "marks" that visitor as coming from your referral.

Clickbank uses 60 day cookies, so that means if the people you send to my site purchase that day or if they return any time within the next 60 days, you will get the commission for the sale (currently 70% commission rate of net sale, or approximately $19.38& change, U.S.).

Step 3. Marketing Tips To Make You Money

There are many ways in which you can promote the Psychology of Golf ebook, but here are the top recommended ways for you to make money with this affiliate program.

1. Pay Per Click Advertising

There are 3 main pay per click search engines that I have received good conversions from, they are:

Note: When using adwords with the keywords below, make sure you TURN ON the Content Network feature in adwords. I have tested this and the traffic and conversions from the content network on the keywords below are almost double that of just search alone. (just make sure your bids are around $0.08 but no more than $0.11 for the content network.

Yahoo Search Marketing

MSN Ad Center

Sign up to these 3 sites and use the keywords and ads I provide in the next section.

2. Website Text Links

If you already have a website you can place simple text links (banners coming soon) on your website to refer visitors to us. You could also use one of our articles in the next section, post it to your site and refer people that way. Another great way is to send an endorsed mailling to your mailling list if you have one.

3. Blog

As above if you have a blog you can place a simple text link, or one of our articles on your site to forward traffic to us.

4. Articles

How about writing your own articles on Daycare and in the bio box send the traffic to your hoplink, this is a great method of generating some quick sales. You can also write a review of Start a Daycare Guide.

You may be thinking this is a small amount of keywords. But believe me, if you optimize the landing page, the ads and have the content network turned on, be in for a big surprise - you will get tons of traffic and sales.
